Emergency Operations Center

The City of Humble Emergency Operations Center is located at 110 W. Main Street. The Center will operate 24 hours a day when activated and is the central command and control facility responsible for carrying out the principles of emergency preparedness and emergency management, or disaster management functions at a strategic level in an emergency situation, and ensuring the continuity of operation of the City of Humble.

Storage Buildings

Humble OEM has two buildings located at 501 Wilson Rd. These two buildings house the response fleet and OEM support equipment.

Vehicles

The City of Humble OEM response consists of 6 Chevy Tahoe’s, 1 Chevy Truck, 5 Drones, 1 Equipment Trailer, 3 High-Water vehicles, 3 Rescue Boats, 1 UTV. The fleet is housed at 501 Wilson Rd. The Chevy Tahoe’s and Drones are assigned to OEM staff as response vehicles.

  1. 2020 Seaark 20 ft. aluminum boat powered by a 115 hp. Mercury outboard engine.

ii. Rescue Boat 2

  1. 2001 Sportsman 16ft aluminum boat powered by a 60 Hp. Mercury outboard engine.

iii. Rescue Boat 3

  1. 2011 Zodiac 16 ft. boat powered by a 30 Hp. Mercury outboard engine.
